Terms of Service

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Welcome to BidDibs (biddibs.com), operated by SMB Spark LLC, a California limited liability company (“BidDibs,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or submitting a bid package, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: hello@biddibs.com.

1. What BidDibs is — and what it isn't

BidDibs produces “kill sheets”: summaries of what your uploaded solicitation documents say about eligibility requirements, deadlines, submission requirements, and related facts, with page references to the source documents.

BidDibs reports what the documents require. It does not evaluate your company's qualifications, and it does not make bid or no-bid recommendations. Whether you meet a requirement is your determination to make.

BidDibs is not legal, financial, or professional bidding advice. Kill sheets are an aid to reading solicitation documents, not a substitute for reading them. Always verify every item against the source documents — and with the issuing office where appropriate — before making any bid decision or investment of time or money.

2. Accuracy and “Not specified”

We work hard to extract accurately, and our process is designed to only report what appears in your documents. However, solicitation packages vary widely (scanned pages, amendments, missing attachments), and we cannot guarantee that a kill sheet is complete or error-free. In particular:

  • “Not specified” means we did not find the item in the documents you provided — it does not mean the requirement doesn't exist. It may appear in an amendment or attachment that wasn't included.
  • A kill sheet reflects only the documents you uploaded. If the issuing agency amends the solicitation afterward, the kill sheet does not update.

You are responsible for the final review of any solicitation before bidding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidDibs is not liable for bid decisions made in reliance on a kill sheet, including missed requirements, missed deadlines, or disqualified or unsuccessful bids.

3. Your uploads

By uploading documents, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for processing. You keep all ownership of your documents; you grant us a limited license to store and process them (including with AI service providers) solely to prepare your kill sheet and operate the service. Handling of your documents is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not upload documents that are classified, export-controlled, or that you are contractually prohibited from sharing with a service provider.

4. Pricing, payment, and refunds

A kill sheet costs $49, payable when you place your order. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted payment page; we never see or store your card number. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Money-back guarantee: if you believe your kill sheet doesn't hold up against your documents, reply to your delivery email. We will recheck the flagged values against your source documents for free, and if the kill sheet doesn't hold up, we will refund your purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

We currently target a 24-hour turnaround from payment, but turnaround times are a goal, not a guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — including submitting malware, attempting to access other users' data, scraping the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who does.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidDibs's total liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the kill sheet giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including lost bid opportunities.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms; we'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
