Section 01The Problem

The disqualifier is always on page 112.

Bonding the spec demands. A set-aside that restricts who can bid. A mandatory site visit that happened last Tuesday. Small subs lose 4–8 hours per bad package finding this out the slow way — reading the whole thing.

BidDibs reads it first. Every requirement that could disqualify you, pulled onto one page with the exact page number, so you can check each one against your own qualifications in seconds.

  • — Estimator hours burned on bids you can't win.
  • — The disqualifier found after the takeoff, not before.
  • — No fast way to check a package before committing an evening to it.

WE CHECK EVERY GATE

We read your package and check the 9 requirements that most often kill bids — set-asides, bonding, licensing, clearances, past-performance minimums, mandatory site visits, insurance, wage determinations, and any other stated disqualifier. Pages we can't read, like scanned images, get flagged — never guessed.

Section 04EIGHT QUESTIONS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Form BD-103 — Q&APage 1 of 1

What exactly do I get for $49?

A one-page-style PDF kill sheet: nine hard gates (set-asides, bonding, licensing, clearances, experience minimums, site visits, insurance, wage determinations, and other disqualifiers), key facts, a submission-requirements checklist, and any conflicts between documents — every value with a page citation so you can check it against your own package in seconds. See the sample above for the exact format.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

BidDibs is a product of SMB Spark LLC, so the $49 charge appears on your card statement as SMB SPARK - BIDDIBS (your bank may shorten or reformat it). If you see a charge you don't recognize, reply to your delivery email before disputing it — we'll sort it out fast.

Does BidDibs tell me whether to bid?

No — and that's deliberate. BidDibs reports what the documents require, with page references. Whether you meet a requirement is your call; you know your qualifications, we don't pretend to.

How fast will I get it?

Within 24 hours of payment. Most packages arrive much sooner, but 24 hours is the promise.

What if my package has scanned pages?

We tell you. Pages our extraction can't read are listed by page range in the kill sheet's Limitations section so you know exactly what to read yourself — we never guess at what an unreadable page says.

What does "Not specified" mean?

We didn't find that item anywhere in the documents you uploaded. It doesn't mean the requirement doesn't exist — it may live in an amendment or attachment that wasn't included. We report only what's in your documents, never what's "typical."

What if a value on my kill sheet is wrong?

Reply to your delivery email and tell us which value doesn't match your documents. We'll recheck it against the source, free. If the kill sheet misreported what your documents say — a wrong number, a wrong date, a requirement the documents don't contain — we refund your $49 in full. (The guarantee covers our accuracy against your documents; it doesn't cover items that only exist in amendments or attachments that weren't uploaded.)

What happens to my uploaded documents?

They're stored privately, used only to produce your kill sheet, and never shared with other users or published. Details in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete them any time.
